System → Site Health brings Site status, diagnostics, errors, performance, storage review and housekeeping into one place.
Overview
Overview shows what currently needs attention. Healthy routine activity stays neutral. Use the action offered by the affected check when you want Micro CMS to run a supported repair.
Managed State And Convergence
When managed convergence is available, Overview shows whether supported Site settings match the configuration Micro CMS expects. Converged means they match. Waiting, Repairing or Verifying means work is still in progress; Needs Attention means you need to review the reported problem.
Each capability row can show Desired, the expected state, and Observed, the most recently detected state. Use Observe & Reconcile to check again and apply any supported correction. These managed-state checks are separate from the ordinary Site Health checks below them.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics checks the hosting environment, Design Status, background processing and package integrity. Open Technical details only when you need additional troubleshooting information.
Errors
Open Site Health → Errors to review runtime, Admin, update and failed-background-work incidents. Current or unresolved problems are shown first. Older and resolved incidents remain available under collapsed history, and repeated identical errors are grouped with an occurrence count.
Performance
Performance groups request timing, errors, cache behaviour and background activity so you can investigate a slow or unreliable Site. More detail is available under Technical details.
Data
Data reviews Micro CMS-managed storage, safe reclaimable data and anything that needs review before cleanup or a managed move.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping controls supported retention and routine cleanup. Investigate an active error before using cleanup as a response to it.
