Privacy Settings
Configure Privacy Choices, optional cookie categories, Cookies & Services and personal-data requests.
Privacy Settings brings together visitor consent, Cookies & Services and supported personal-data administration.
Privacy Choices
When consent is enabled, visitors first see a compact banner with Essential Only, Accept All and More Options. More Options opens the detailed Privacy Choices panel so optional categories can be chosen individually.
After a choice is saved, a small Privacy Choices control remains available so the visitor can review or change the selection later.
Cookie Categories
Essential Cookies are always active because they are required for requested functionality, security or core site operation. Optional categories appear only when they are enabled for the Site.
- Functionality covers preference-related services.
- Performance & Analytics covers optional measurement and analytics services.
- Targeting & Personalisation covers optional marketing or personalisation services.
Optional services remain off until the visitor allows their category when consent is required.
Ask Visitors Again
Change the Policy Version when the consent policy changes in a way that requires visitors to make a new choice. Existing selections remain valid while the policy version stays the same.
Cookies & Services
Keep the inventory accurate when you add or remove a cookie, browser-storage feature or external service. Give each item a clear purpose, provider, category and retention description.
Data Requests
Use the built-in export and erase workflows for supported personal-data requests rather than assembling records by hand where possible.
Keep Wording Clear
Tell visitors what a form, subscription or optional service is for in plain language. Avoid collecting information simply because a field is available.
