Housekeeping
Preview retention and cleanup work before anything is removed.
System → Site Health → Housekeeping brings together routine maintenance, safe cleanup findings and deeper maintenance checks.
Review Housekeeping
Open System → Site Health → Housekeeping to review current maintenance state and any cleanup action that needs attention. Routine cleanup is available directly; permanent retention or revision deletion is clearly identified before you continue.
Deep Scans
Use a deeper scan when a broader Media or reference check is needed, or when Site Health directs you there. If Clean Old Update Files is offered, use it to remove update files that normal cleanup could not retire.
Storage Review
Use Site Health → Data for detailed storage inventory, including reclaimable data and items marked Needs Review. Data whose ownership cannot be confirmed is not silently deleted by routine Housekeeping.
