Convergence
See whether managed Sites are in the expected state, review automatic repairs and act on exceptions.
Bridge → Convergence shows whether managed Sites are in the expected state and brings together protection, health checks, Housekeeping and supported automatic repair.
Read The State
- Converged: the latest check matches the expected managed state.
- Repairing: Micro CMS is applying a supported automatic correction.
- Verifying: the correction has run and Micro CMS is checking the result.
- Waiting: work is queued, delayed or waiting for something else to finish. Waiting by itself is not a failure.
- Fix Available: Micro CMS knows a supported correction, but it needs a manual action or the current policy does not allow it to run automatically.
- Needs Attention: automatic repair could not complete. Open the reported item to see what needs your attention.
Shared Advisor
Shared Advisor shows the installed SCA version, whether it is available and the selected Shadow or Active mode. Shadow observes and evaluates only. Active can help Micro CMS choose between supported actions that are already allowed by Convergence Policy. It cannot change permissions, enable a disabled repair area or bypass your policy choices.
If Shared Advisor is temporarily unavailable, your selected mode remains saved and is used again when the service becomes available.
Convergence Policy
Open Convergence Policy to choose which areas Micro CMS should monitor and how it should respond when something differs from the expected state.
- Automatic: Micro CMS can apply supported safe corrections automatically.
- Manual: Micro CMS monitors the area and shows available corrections, but does not start them automatically.
- Observe: Micro CMS monitors the area without offering automatic repair.
- Disabled: the area is not included in scheduled convergence checks.
The same panel controls the Recovery Window, Health Assurance check frequency and scheduled deep Housekeeping. Use Restore Defaults to return to the default settings or Save Convergence Policy to keep your changes.
Site Sync And Coverage
Site state, Health and Performance information can refresh at different times. Check the timestamp for the area you are investigating before treating an older result as a current problem.
Protection
Recovery Assurance shows how many Sites are eligible for protection, protected, due for a Recovery Point or currently being protected. Automatic protection follows the Convergence Policy. Open a Silo Control Centre when you want to create a Recovery Point for one Site manually.
Placement And Routing
Convergence can report placement, Host and routing differences that affect service. Use Host Fabric for Node, placement and relocation actions. DNS, certificates or upstream hosting managed outside Micro CMS may still need to be corrected with the relevant provider.
