Forms

Create site Forms, choose what happens after submission and review results in Inbox.

Forms collect information from visitors. You choose the fields, how submissions are handled, and whether the information stays in a private Inbox.

Create And Test A Form

  1. Open Audience → Forms and create a Form with the fields you need.
  2. Give fields clear labels. Configure required answers and file-upload limits where relevant.
  3. Choose supported submission actions, including Inbox retention or a notification email when required.
  4. Place the Form in the relevant Page or Site Resource.
  5. Submit a test entry from a signed-out browser, then check the success message, Inbox record and any email delivery.

Turn A Submission Into A Content Draft

Some Forms can map submitted fields to a Page or Post draft. When the Form has an eligible content mapping, open its submission in Audience → Inbox and choose Create & Open Draft in Build Draft. Review the newly created content and publish it separately when appropriate.

Privacy And Retention

Only collect information you need. Explain its intended use and review the Site privacy settings. If you accept files, test supported types and practical size limits. Do not rely on email until Mail Settings has passed its own delivery test.
