Install Cornerstone Migrator
Install Cornerstone Migrator on the WordPress site where the source content currently lives.
Install Cornerstone Migrator on the WordPress site that contains the Cornerstone-authored content. Keep a current WordPress backup until migration and review are complete.
Before Installation
Confirm WordPress is stable and the source Pages or Posts open normally. Avoid migrating content while another site update or theme migration is in progress.
Install
- Open Plugins → Add New Plugin in WordPress.
- Choose Upload Plugin and select the approved Cornerstone Migrator ZIP.
- Install and activate it.
- Open Tools → Cornerstone Migrator.
- Review Safety & Rollback, then begin from Migrate or Inventory.
Keep A Source Backup
Rollback snapshots protect supported in-place migrations, but they do not replace a full WordPress backup. Keep the backup until converted content has been reviewed and the migration has been finalised.
