Users
Manage user role presets and delegated feature access.
Give each person their own Admin account. A role preset provides the normal starting permissions, and individual feature access can be adjusted when needed.
Add A User
Open System → Users, create the account and choose a role preset appropriate to the person's responsibilities. The Site Owner can use the full Core feature set available to that Site.
Adjust Feature Access
Open the user's Access view to review individual product areas. Leave a feature set to inherit when the role preset is correct, choose Allow when you intentionally delegate that area, or Block when that user should not use it.
You can only delegate access you are allowed to manage. A Host or Bridge policy can still make a feature unavailable to the Site.
Change A Role
A new role preset changes the user's normal starting permissions. Review any feature-specific Allow or Block choices afterwards so the final access matches what you intend.
Remove Access
Disable or remove accounts that no longer need Admin access. Keep individual accounts separate so activity history remains attributable to the right person.
Bridge Hosts
Site user access and Host-level Bridge access are separate. Manage ordinary Site users here and use the Bridge Access workspace for people who manage the Host.
