Comments
Review site comments and manage their public state.
Comments are visitor responses attached to content where a Comment Layer and the content's Comments setting allow them.
Review Comments
Open Interactions → Comments to see recorded comments and their current state. Use Moderation for items waiting for a decision.
Inherit And None
On a Page or Post, Inherit follows the relevant Site, Design, Template or Collection default. None explicitly disables comments for that content item. Choosing None does not mean “use the default”.
Comment Layers
A Comment Layer controls the supported comment presentation/behaviour. Choose a specific layer only when that content needs one; otherwise inheritance keeps shared defaults consistent.
Trash
Comments moved to Trash are kept out of the normal Comments view. Open Trash to restore an item or choose Empty Trash to permanently remove every trashed comment.
Public And Pending Comments
Pending comments are not the same as published comments. Approve only items you are comfortable showing publicly and use the available removal tools for spam or abuse.
