Admin Overview
Understand the current Micro CMS Admin areas and System navigation order.
Admin is organised around everyday Site tasks. Start with Content and Design; other workspaces become useful as your Site grows.
Content
Create and publish Pages and Posts, organise them with Categories, Tags and Collections, and manage Media. Patterns help reuse authored sections.
Design
Use Site Design for ordinary appearance changes. Templates, Headers, Footers, Navigation, Components, Sidebars and other Design Resources provide deeper control when needed.
Workspace
Use Workspace → Applications for Site Applications and their Pages. Overview contains the Application summary, tools, rendering and management controls; Pages manages public Application Pages; Coding manages supported files and source. Applications are separate from installed Extensions.
Audience And Interactions
Forms and Inbox handle visitor submissions; Subscribers, Comments and Moderation support the interaction features you choose to use.
Insights
Use Search for Site search, Queries for reusable content selections, and Analytics or Popular Content for Site activity where available.
System
Site Settings, Profile, Users, Site Health, Mail Settings, Redirects & 404s, Background Jobs and Backups & Restore cover the main operational tasks. Updates and other advanced controls appear when relevant to the installation.
Security And Extensions
Manage sign-in protection, privacy, Media settings and Audit Logs in Security. Use Extensions for installed Extension packages, Importers and Integrations.
Finding Your Way
The primary navigation chooses a major area; its neighbouring menu shows the tools within that area. On narrower screens, open the menu to reach the same controls. Light View keeps common actions prominent; Advanced View exposes additional tools without changing your permissions.
Save And Action Feedback
After a save or redirected action, Admin shows the result near the top-right of the current screen so you do not need to return to the top of a long page. Success messages close automatically. Warnings and failures remain until dismissed. Information that belongs to a particular panel stays in that panel.
Bridge Hosts
On a Bridge Host, Bridge management has its own workspace for Sites and Host-level operations. The normal Site workspaces remain for the current Site unless the Host Owner enables Bridge Only Mode for the control installation. Bridge Only changes presentation only; hosted Silos and Core capability remain unchanged.
Personal Overview And Quick Menu
Overview is a personal widget workspace. Use Widgets & Quick Menu to choose and order the widgets and CMS shortcuts that matter to your account. On Overview, Edit Layout changes widget order and width without changing permissions or another user's workspace.
