Do not force a migration when the preview is clearly wrong. Keep the source available and resolve the reported issue before writing to the original content.

Preview Does Not Match The Source

Check whether the difference is content or theme presentation. Builder-specific spacing, animation and interactive widgets may need a normal WordPress replacement rather than automatic recreation.

Images Are Missing

Confirm the source image still exists and the WordPress Media Library is writable. For an uploaded Cornerstone export, confirm the export contains the expected media.

Apply To Original Is Unavailable

Confirm the correct original Page or Post is selected and review the block-validation message. Apply remains unavailable when WordPress cannot validate the generated block document or when the reviewed source has changed.

A Batch Item Needs Review

Open the item, review the reported conversion warnings and destination, then save the decision back to the batch. If the source or destination changes later, review it again before finalising.

Need To Undo An Applied Conversion

Open Inventory or Safety & Rollback and use the supported restore action while the snapshot is retained. For broader recovery, use the WordPress backup taken before migration.

Finish Is Blocked

Open Finish and resolve the blocking item shown there. The downloadable audit contains additional diagnostics if the visible checks are not enough to identify the dependency.
