Data Management
Review managed storage, safe cleanup candidates and move readiness.
System → Site Health → Data shows Micro CMS-managed storage and the lifecycle state of data it owns or has discovered.
Check Storage
Choose Check Storage to refresh the inventory. A check reviews storage; it does not remove anything. Purge actions use that reviewed inventory and revalidate selected paths immediately before deletion.
Storage Summary
The summary separates live Site data, Recovery and backups, Active Work, reclaimable data and items that Need Review. Total Storage shows the current managed total.
Manual Purge Candidates
Data Micro CMS has identified as safe to reclaim is offered as a normal purge candidate. For Orphaned Media, the review shows the filename, storage path, file details, an inline thumbnail for supported images and a Preview action. Orphaned files do not have a current Media record.
Choose only the items you want to remove; deletion rechecks them immediately before committing.
Needs Review
An unresolved ownership or lifecycle record is never deleted automatically, but it is not made undeletable. Inspect the path and reason. If you determine that the data should be removed, select it explicitly in Needs Review and use the permanent purge action.
Move Readiness
During a managed move, use Move readiness to review storage state before cutover. Do not manually remove the source while the move is active.
