System → Site Health → Diagnostics helps you understand why a Site feature is unavailable or behaving unexpectedly.

Environment

Check the PHP and hosting requirements, filesystem access and other Site-level prerequisites shown by Diagnostics.

Design Status

Review the active Design, its sources and whether its supported settings are available. If a Design is incomplete, Diagnostics identifies the area that needs attention. Open Technical details when you need additional troubleshooting information.

Background Processing

Check whether supported background work can start automatically and review the latest processing result when queued work cannot advance.

Package Integrity

Integrity checks show whether installed Core and supported packages match their trusted releases. Use the dedicated package-integrity view for changed-file details and recovery actions.

Use Errors For Failure History

Open Site Health → Errors to correlate runtime, Admin, update and failed-background-work incidents. Diagnostics describes the current environment; Errors keeps current-release or still-active failures prominent and retains earlier or resolved incidents as history.
